Khiliad's agile team supports Uniper's COODE program
Uniper approached Khiliad in 2020, asking for support for a digital transformation program, which included a pipeline of software products and improvements for the business's digital aspects. Teams from other vendors were disconnected, and Uniper needed help finding a dedicated and agile team. That's when Uniper asked Khiliad for help.
Khiliad provided a big team, including a Scrum Master, Product Owner, developers, and test automation engineer, to streamline Uniper's digital transformation. In the first six months, we split their team in half, with one half deployed to a project already underway and struggling to get things back on track. The other part of the team joined one of the existing teams to help them deliver a critical project. Meanwhile, our Scrum Master took the lead on two teams, teaching and coaching other supplier teams on improving their agility and utilising Scrum.
Meanwhile, the other half of Khiliad's team worked on a learning platform, supporting Uniper to get it over the line. During the engagement, Khiliad delivered three applications that were greatly received.
Khiliad's team delivered multiple projects while, at the same time, offering support and coaching to others. Khiliad ensured that the skills and knowledge required were not exclusive to them but infused into their entire business, delivering a ton of value to Uniper.
