Discovery

Solution
Knowing what is only the beginning, Our next step is to find out how. We aren't usually so lucky to have pure green field development. Minimum Usable Product (MUP)
Eight weeks will pass from the previous step. During those eight weeks, we will work on solving key integration challenges and bringing your product into the spotlight. Our goal is to give you usable software. We will work closely with you to ensure we don't deviate from the path. This is the most crucial stage and our secret weapon.
Grow
Once the MUP proves that the product is going in the right direction and the most enormous mountains are conquered, we move to make your expectations a reality. It's time to grow as we move into the regular release cycle. We plan the scope of each release together to focus on what's essential for you and your users.

At the end of every release, we pause and think. As the released product flies away to your users, we look at ourselves and our work. Have we done enough?
