After MUP
What happens after MUP is completed
What happens after 10 weeks of development, once the MUP is completed, released, and in use? That’s up to you. We can either continue development with the same team at the agreed rate, or smoothly hand it over to your team.
- Continue development.
- After our team delivers the MUP, we can continue developing additional features. We'll agree on the scope and timeline for the next release, and development will proceed. This process can be repeated for as long as you wish to keep adding features to your product.
- Hand over to your team.
- Sometimes, you may prefer to continue developing the product in-house. In this case, we will hand over all source code and intellectual property to you, transfer the necessary knowledge to your team, and either step away or move on to another project.
Support
Flexible support options for your needs
Our work doesn’t always end when development is complete. Supporting a newly delivered product is just as important, if not more so, than development itself. We offer a range of support options to suit your needs.
- Transfer to your support
Many of our clients have their own specialised support teams or contracts in place, which is ideal as it maintains your familiar processes. In this case, we'll smoothly transition our work to your support team and step away.
- Ad-hoc support
If you don’t have a dedicated support team or don’t see the need for one, our ad-hoc support option is ideal. In this model, we agree on call-out charges and SLAs, providing support as needed — without any long-term commitment.
- Support contract
For critical systems that you prefer not to support in-house, we can establish a dedicated support team to provide the necessary assistance. In this model, we’ll agree on contract pricing, duration, and SLAs to ensure reliable support.
