Our journey
Built differently from day one
We're still writing our story, but we've already come a long way. Here's how a frustration with traditional consulting grew into something special:
- Vision takes shape (2017)
- Jimmy founded Khiliad after years of seeing big consultancies fail their clients. He had a simple idea: build a company that actually delivers what it promises. No fancy pitches, just real results.
- Making it work (2017-2021)
- As a one-man band, Jimmy worked with giants like WorldPay, Vodafone, BP, and Adidas. But instead of just consulting, he studied what made projects succeed or fail. Each experience shaped what Khiliad would become.
- Family business (2021)
- Big change: Naz left her successful legal career to join Khiliad as COO. We became a family business, bringing together technical expertise and operational excellence. Small but mighty.
- Our first team (2022)
- Our first big break: Uniper trusted us with their COODE program. Six developers, multiple successful projects, and proof that our approach works. You can see the results in our case studies.
- Growing smart (2023)
- Landed our biggest project yet - building an independent product for Uniper. Not just part of a program, but a complete solution. Our team proved they could handle any challenge.
- New chapter (2024)
- Naz stepped up as CEO, with Jimmy focusing on what he does best as CTO - ensuring technical excellence and project success. New leadership, same commitment to quality.
