Working with your systems from day one
Many companies build the whole product in isolation and then attempt to integrate with your systems at the very end. That of course causes a lot of issues. Our approach is different.
- Integrated from day one.
- If you have your own cloud environment, project management tools, devops pipelines etc. we will set up development right there. From the very first line of code, the new product will be developed and deployed in your environment using your processes and standards.
- No mock data.
- When it comes to system integration, getting that done as soon as possible is critical for success. We know that this is the most difficult part so we tackle it first. From the get go we will integrate your new product with existing systems to get the real data flowing.
- Pushing boundaries.
- Depending on the maturity of your technical environment, such as your development or infrastructure setup, we can push the boundaries if desired. We can assist in implementing advanced features like CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployment, and more, helping to modernise your infrastructure.
- Plugging the gaps.
- What if you don't have your own infrastructure? No problem. We can set everything up at our end or work with a provider of your choice. Either way, you'll have full oversight and control of the infrastructure.

- Discovery

- Solution
- Knowing what to build is just the beginning. The next step is figuring out how. Rarely do we get the luxury of starting from scratch. Together, we delve into the technology, assess your constraints, consider integration, and shape the solution vision. We focus not only on developing your product but also on how it fits seamlessly into your existing IT landscape.
- Minimum Usable Product (MUP)
- Over the next ten weeks, we'll tackle key integration challenges and bring your product to life. Our goal is to deliver usable software that meets your needs. We'll collaborate closely with you to stay on course and ensure alignment throughout the process. This is the most critical stage and our secret to success.
- Grow
- Once the MUP confirms that the product is heading in the right direction and the biggest challenges are overcome, we shift towards making your vision a reality. It's time to scale as we enter a regular release cycle. Together, we'll plan the scope of each release, focusing on what matters most to you and your users.
- Verify
- At the end of each release, we take a moment to reflect. As the product reaches your users, we evaluate our work. Have we met your business needs? Have we collaborated effectively? What can we improve for the next release? And the most crucial question—should we do more?

Design Thinking
User-centric thinking and design

- Design workshops
- One- or two-day workshops are perfect for small to medium projects. During the sessions, we engage a diverse range of stakeholders, focusing on understanding the problem from both a business and user perspective.
- Design sprints
- For more complex problems that require a wider range of participants, we utilise a five-day design sprint. Cross-functional collaboration helps break down silos and brings diverse perspectives to the table, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the problem.
Agility
Agility at the heart of our process
The key to our success in product development is the disciplined execution of agile methodologies. This approach ensures our clients get maximum value from their investment.
- Transparent changes
In all but the simplest projects, scope and solution changes are inevitable, especially when incorporating user feedback. By adhering to agile principles, we adapt to these changes while ensuring full transparency. We discuss every idea and shift in direction with you, so you can understand the impact and make informed decisions on the way forward.
- Scalable process
In most cases, we follow Scrum, a time-tested agile methodology that enables us to build innovative business solutions and products, one usable step at a time. As the product grows beyond a single team, we're prepared to scale using Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) to maintain seamless progress.
- Experience in agility
The team working with you will include a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, both with extensive experience. Additionally, they will receive ongoing coaching and training from our Agile Coaches to ensure continuous improvement and success.
