We work with what you've got, connect the gaps, and only recommend changes where there's a genuine benefit. Our team is already stretched. How much of their time will this take?

We get it. Your fee earners are busy and their time is billable. We design every engagement to minimise disruption. For the assessment, we need a few conversations with the right people and access to your systems. Most of the work happens on our side. For implementation projects, we work around your team's availability, not the other way around. We'll never ask for more time than we need, and we'll always tell you upfront what's involved.

What kind of solutions can you build for a legal practice?

It depends on what your practice needs. On the simpler end, that might be automating repetitive workflows, connecting your existing systems so information only needs to be entered once, or building dashboards that give you visibility without chasing spreadsheets. On the more involved end, it could be client self-service portals, client onboarding, AI-assisted drafting, knowledge retrieval across your matter files, or custom apps for your clients or fee earners to use day-to-day. We can also help with data gathering to prepare your firm for AI adoption. We always start with the problem, not the technology, and if an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we'll tell you.

We can run anything from a half-day awareness session to a structured programme over several weeks.
