inside Uniper's company-wide programme of 17 teams
Six developers inside a company-wide programme.
Uniper ran a digital programme across the whole company, called COODE, with 17 teams drawn from Uniper and several outside suppliers. We supplied a team of six developers. They delivered several projects, some as one team and some split in two. Uniper then moved half of our team into another supplier's team, to improve its delivery and fix the problems it was facing. Jimmy was the programme's agile coach, and product owner for several projects.
We've also supplied developers and designers to other technology firms, working under their names, so we don't name them here.
